Since we keep things easy and work directly with you or your project manager, it’s a simple process that includes:

Design & planning

The first stage is meeting with a designer and visiting your property. We’ll put together a conceptual drawing with the design and features you’re after, and give an accurate quote.

Council consent

Next we’ll submit that design and its relevant engineering drawings to the council for building consent.

​

Customisation

While your plan is with the council, you’ll firm up some decisions such as the types of tiles, filtration system, and plasters that will best suit your design.

 

Excavation & construction

Once we’ve had the go-ahead from the council, we can start the construction phase. Depending on your design, we’ll be excavating your section for around a week and making sure your pool shell will be straight and true. From here it’s typically an eight week or more process before you’re wrapped up.

 

Infrastructure

While we’re building the concrete shell for your pool, we’ll also be making sure the plumbing, filtration, and pipeworks to the filter plant are set up and ready for the final phase.

 

Landscaping

Then it’s just a matter of completing your pool with the fencing, tiling, plastering, and other sundries all in place before you’re ready to dive in!
